Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim G by making a false statement to the victim G in the same manner as the above 1st paragraph, and received 170,000 won from the victim’s national bank account (H) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim, and received 3,191,000 won from around that time to September 2, 2017 by the same way eight times, as shown in attached Table 11 to 18 of the List of Crimes.
