A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained the driver’s license of the victim who was lost by the victim C in front of the Agricultural Cooperative of Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong; and (b) embezzled the lost victim’s license without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled it.

2. On February 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) acquired D-wing and Do Do Do Do dong Cargo, which was registered as owned by the company from the person who was unaware of the name, in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon used car market; and (b) did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership without justifiable grounds.

3. On March 24, 2009, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Road Act”) and the fine of three million won is to be imposed on the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on March 24, 2009, and on September 15, 2014, the date and time of the commission of the instant crime is to be transferred on August 19, 2013.

The same court was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime.

On August 19, 2013, at around 21:44, the Defendant driven the D-wing Do Track Cargo Vehicles, which did not purchase mandatory insurance without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.130% of blood alcohol level, from the front route of the Dong-gu Daejeon Sports Market to the front route of the same multi-child car.

4. On August 19, 2013, the Defendant illegally displayed official document documents: (a) around 21:44, the Defendant presented C’s driver’s license, which is an official document under the name of the Commissioner of the Daejeon Provincial Police Agency, and was in possession of the Defendant, as stated in paragraph (1), to be a person who was requested to produce a driver’s license from E in the circumstances under which he belongs to the Daejeon East Police Station, and to conceal and be punished for driving without a driver’s license.

5. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (3), shall be PDA for the purpose of drinking driving and control of drinking, presented by E during the time and place of the Daejeon East Police Station.
