A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2014, the Defendant acquired a first-class ordinary driver’s license in the name of the victim D lost at the new construction site of apartment houses located in the Jeonbuk-ju, Jeonbuk-do.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Around 16:40 on December 26, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.110%, and the Defendant driven, without a motorcycle driver’s license, the E-125cc c, its own possession in the section of approximately 300 meters from the front of a restaurant in the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon to the front of the Dong-dong subway No. 1, from the front of the Dong-dong, to the front of the exit of the Dong-dong subway No. 1.

3. On December 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol from the border F of the traffic safety department of the Daejeon Dong-dong Police Station, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, and was under the influence of alcohol before the departure of the subway; and (b) on December 26, 2014, the Defendant was required to present his/her driver’s license from the above FF in the Daejeon Dong-dong Police Station, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong.

The defendant presented D's first-class ordinary driver's license under the name of the Commissioner of the Jeonbuk Police Agency, which is an official document in possession, as if the defendant was the defendant's driver's license.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

4. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On December 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on the 16:44 December 26, 2014, stated that the Defendant: (b) on the Jeju East-dong Police Station located in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong; (c) stated that the Defendant was a driver’s statement in the driver’s statement column “D” on the lower part; and (d) stated the Defendant’s statement in the name column on the lower part.
