Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2013, at around 05:50, the Defendant reported a counter-espionage report to 112 while drunk in the state of alcohol in Suwon-gu B, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and then, the police officer’s complaint in the process of handling the case, and reported a counter-espionage report to E to E who belongs to the D District Unit of the Suwon-gu Police Station D District, the Defendant used this remote processing, and assaulted E, a police officer, one time in the direction of the E.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the control of crimes.
