Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 29, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court. On May 16, 2007, the same court was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, and on July 3, 2008, the same court was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on November 6, 2013 at the Daejeon High Court sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on October 1, 2014; on May 10, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daejeon District Court for larceny, etc.; and on March 3, 2018, the execution of the sentence was terminated in the North Korean Vocational Training Institution.

1. Intrusion a structure;
A. From Jun. 5, 2018 to Jun. 18, 2018, the Defendant opened a gate for multi-household houses D, which the victim C, located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, for rent, and went into the said gate and intruded on the structures managed by the victim.
B. On June 19, 2018, around 19:00, the Defendant entered the said multi-household E, which the said victim was flick for lease, and intruded into the building managed by the victim, by the same method.
2. Around 19:00 on June 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a H building I where the victim G, located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, and entered and intruded into the house; (b) then, the Defendant stolen money and goods worth KRW 220,000 in total, including one set of ASEAN-North Korean computer and one set of 60,000, at the market price of the victim’s possession in the said site; and (c) took a theft of money and goods worth KRW 160,000,000, in total, of the price of the victim’s ownership in the said site.
On August 11, 2018, the Defendant stated that “K” convenience stores located in the Seo-gu Daejeon District Court of Daejeon around 18:30 on August 11, 2018, the Defendant changed the amount of KRW 100,000,000 to the victim who was an employee.
However, the defendant is the president of the above convenience store.
