A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on the Daejeon District Court on November 23, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Western District Court of Hong prison on November 23, 2018.

Criminal facts

1. On December 1, 2018, at around 02:38, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat which the victim B was parked in the parking lot of Seo-gu Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (b) removed 4.10,000 won in cash owned by the victim from the wall in the driver’s seat knicket.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On January 1, 2019, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering door for a passenger car parked by the victim E in front of the Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) taken 152,500 won in cash owned by the victim; and (c) taken out KRW 152,50 in cash owned by the victim, who was located in the contact stay.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

3. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in which the victim H was parked at the parking lot of the Seo-gu Daejeon Special Self-Governing Province, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, with the victim H; (b) taken out KRW 300,000 in cash owned by the victim from the land A located in the contact bed.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

4. The Defendant: (a) around 3:00 at the end of January 2019, the Defendant: (b) opened a driver’s seat with the victim K parked in the Seo-gu Lway, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (c) removed KRW 100,000 in cash owned by the victim from the wall, which was located in the contact bed.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

5. On February 24, 2019, at around 04:30 on February 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in which the victim N was parked in a Plow-hand car parked in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (b) opened the door door, which was located in the contact bed and its contact bed; (c) KRW 60,000 in cash owned by the victim.
