A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From December 15, 2016 to February 28, 2018, the Defendant served as the director in charge of civil and criminal affairs in the “Law Office C” located in Gangnam-si, and the director in charge of bankruptcy and individual rehabilitation in the above office from April 7, 2014, and the victim E (V, the age of 29) from December 15, 2016 to December 28, 2018, respectively.

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On January 1, 2017, around 14:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the victim’s right shoulder in his/her hand, following the victim D, being reproduced by using a reproduction machine at the above office.

B. On May 12, 2017, around 12:40, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victims by completing meals at “F” restaurant located in the building of the above office, and returning to the said office, taking out the victim D and the victim E who tried to cross the road, and crossing the road by saving the victims’ booming down and crossing the road.

C. On June 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim following the victim D, a copy of which was made using a reproduction machine, in the above office, was left as the Defendant’s hand floor was pushed down; and (b) the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim.

피고인은 2017. 8. 중순 12:00경 위 사무소 건너편에 있는 ‘F’ 식당에서 식사를 마치고 위 사무소로 돌아가기 위하여 도로를 횡단하려고 하고 있는 피해자 D, 피해자 E 사이에 끼어들며 피해자들의 팔 사이로 피고인의 손을 집어넣어 팔짱을 끼고 도로를 횡단함으로써 피해자들을 강제로 추행하였다.

E. At around 12:00 as of November 201, 2017, the Defendant, at the entrance of the first floor of the above office, kidd from the victim D and the victim E, kids the victim’s boomed with the victim’s booms between the Defendant and the victim E to commit an indecent act by force.

2. The Defendant is insulting on February 2, 2018.
