Punishment of the crime

1. On September 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) operated a Frane XG car and turn to the left at the scopic road from the scopic distance to the scopic road office; (b) was driven by the victim C (23 years old) driving G on the part of the victim C (23 years old) driving that was directly directed from the scopic middle school to the scopic distance from the scopic road due to occupational negligence; and (c) was driven by the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, while destroying and damaging damaged vehicles by occupational negligence as above, did not immediately stop and take measures necessary to prevent danger on the road and ensure smooth communication.

2. Defendant B driven an FranxG car to the police officer I belonging to the police station of the old U.S. police station, which was called for the investigation of a traffic accident at the above date, time, at the above place, and the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “I would have driven the said vehicle without driving it,” and let the criminal escape.

3. Defendant C driven an Fran XG car at the above date, at the above location, at the police station of the old U.S. police station, Defendant C made a false statement that “B driven without driving the said vehicle.” In spite of the fact that the police station of the old U.S. police station, the Defendant stated that “B driven the vehicle,” thereby allowing the criminal to escape.
