1. Defendant A
A. On February 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a FS-R motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license at approximately 13 K km section from the Defendant’s residence located in the 18:00-19:00 to 19:00 on February 7, 2015, to the front road of the Hosi-dong in the Gu and Sinsi-si.
B. On February 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 00:00 on February 8, 2015, the Defendant driven a F SPR car under the influence of alcohol content 0.078% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 3Km section from the front of the GPA club in the Gu-si, Si-si, Gu-si to the front road in the Gu-U.S. Do-si, Si-si; (b) around 00:00.
2. Defendant B is the defendant A and the defendant at an elementary school.
A On February 8, 2015, at around 00:00, driving a F SPR car while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license.
On February 11, 2015, at around 11:20 on February 20, 2015, the Defendant was aware of the fact that he/she committed an offense punishable by a fine or heavier punishment as above, but was present at the police station guard and traffic accident investigation team office in the Gu and the traffic accident investigation team leader G around February 8, 2015, and made a statement as if he/she driven the above F SPR car at around 00:0 on February 8, 2015.
