1. The Defendant’s KRW 16,220,560 as well as annual 5% from July 23, 2015 to March 30, 2018 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On September 4, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) was diagnosed as having been diagnosed as having been diagnosed as having been using the escape card of the 4-5 drilling at the hospital located in Osan-si; (b) had been provided medical treatment since that time; and (c) had been provided multiple times of chronic blockings; (d) he/she received a variety of neutic surgery, neutic surgery, drugs, and physical therapy.

E. F.
