1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff’s status as the parties is a company with the purpose of manufacturing and selling electric equipment, equipment, and various machinery tools, and the Defendant is a quasi-governmental institution under the Act on the Management of Public Institutions established for the purpose of developing electric resources under the Korea Electric Power Corporation Act (hereinafter “Public Institutions Operation Act”).

B. On October 23, 2014, the Fair Trade Commission decided with respect to the Plaintiff, on the ground that “the Plaintiff, LSSP Co., Ltd. (in the case of a stock company, the stock company is omitted), the Korea Electric Cable Co., Ltd. agreed on bid prices and quantities with respect to the mechanical electric system and low-tension electronic electric system purchase bid ordered by the Defendant from 1993 to 2010, etc., constitutes an unfair collaborative act under Article 19(1)1 and 3 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”),” and on the ground that “the Fair Trade Commission’s agreement on bid prices and quantities constitutes an unfair collaborative act under Article 21 and 22 of the Fair Trade Act (hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”), the Fair Trade Commission shall not make a correction order again with Article 2014-234 of the Fair Trade Act (related to mechanical electric system purchase) and Article 201-237 of the Fair Trade Act (related to low-tension electronic bid),” and each of the above 2000-400-10-140 of the payment order.

(A) Collaborative act ELSK, Korea Electric Cable, Plaintiff, book-based telecommunication, waste-based telecommunication, bret, bree-com, South Korean electrical appliances, ombudsman system, Hansan Ambex, Telecommunications, Telecommunications, Telecommunications, Telecommunications, Telecommunications, Telecommunications System, Telecommunications, Telecommunications, Telecommunications, Telecommunications, Telecommunications, Telecommunications, Telecommunications Co., Ltd. with respect to mechanical electric power system tendering, shall be from 193 to 2010 as listed below.
