1. Details of the disposition;

A. The status of the parties A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd.”) is a company with the business purpose of manufacturing and selling electronic electric meters, and Plaintiff B is a person who serves as the representative director of the Plaintiff Co., Ltd.

The defendant is a quasi-government agency under the Act on the Management of Public Institutions established for the purpose of developing electric resources under the Korea Electric Power Corporation Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Institutions Operation Act").

B. On October 23, 2014, the Fair Trade Commission made a decision with respect to the Plaintiff Company, on the ground that “The Plaintiff Company, LSSP Co., Ltd. (in the case of a stock company, the stock company is omitted) and the Korea Electric Cable Co., Ltd. agreed on bid prices and quantities with respect to the mechanical electric system and low voltage electronic electric system purchase bid ordered by the Defendant from 1993 to 2010, as follows, constitutes an unfair collaborative act as stipulated in Article 19(1)1 and 3 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”)”, the Fair Trade Commission made a decision pursuant to Articles 21 and 22 of the Fair Trade Act (related to mechanical electric system bid) and D (related to low voltage electronic electric system bid), and made a decision again to restrict competition in the domestic electric system market, such as the price and quantity of the electric system supplied to the Jeju Electric Power System, the Fair Trade Commission shall not make a decision again to impose a corrective order of 000 won and 300 won.”
