C From August 31, 2007, the Defendant established a corporation on the 3rd floor of Mapo-gu Seoul H building by using the e-commerce content item in the name of company D, and operated the distribution of various copyrighted works by the p2p method under the name of Internet site I, and sold points by receiving certain payments to its members, purchased various copyrighted works with these points, and paid 50% of the value of various copyrighted works traded among its members, and secured various kinds of copyrighted works.

Although the Defendant knew that film, cartoon, animation, etc., which was not authorized to use copyright through the website operated by the Defendant was illegally traded, the Defendant provided various benefits such as sharing and search, etc., which facilitates the business of infringing copyrighted works by many unspecified members and facilitates infringement of author’s property rights, and paying 50% of the selling price of copyrighted works, etc. to the entrepreneurs, thereby facilitating the distribution of copyrighted works.

around July 28, 2009, the Defendant’s name-free member, at the Isite, has an author’s property right at the Dics Association of the Republic of Korea, the “daily confession” and the same year.
