Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall supply, sell, store, transport, or keep petroleum products, petrochemicals, alternative fuel, or materials containing carbon and hydrogen in order to manufacture, import, or sell pseudo petroleum products, or manufacture or use pseudo petroleum products as pseudo petroleum products.

Nevertheless, the Defendant manufactured pseudo petroleum products by mixing pseudo petroleum products with Soben, Toluene, and Mluth, and then sold them to intermediate wholesalers. C is aware of the network in order to avoid co-offender's departure and retirement, and police control, and D is aware of the role of vehicle guidance, E is the main role of vehicle guidance, F, and G.

The Defendant, along with C, D, F, E, and G, leased a farm located at H of the Gyeongnam-si around July 8, 201, and is equipped with two storage tanks in size of 50,000 liters within the farm, with one storage tank capacity of 30,000 literss, one electric pumps, two electric pumps, and two identical meters per day from July 23, 201.

8. From 01:00 to 00, 200, pseudo petroleum products manufactured pseudo petroleum products with a total of 1,450,000 liter daily average of 50,000 liters (market price of 1,50,000,000), with a view to manufacturing pseudo petroleum products, and sold them to intermediate wholesalers. For the purpose of manufacturing pseudo petroleum products, pseudo petroleum products were stored in the storage tank.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, D, F, E, and G, stored petrochemicals for the purpose of manufacturing and selling pseudo petroleum products, and manufacturing and using pseudo petroleum products.
