Punishment of the crime

No one shall supply, sell, store, transport, or keep petroleum products, petrochemicals, alternative fuels, or materials containing carbon and hydrogen in order to use them as pseudo petroleum products.

Nevertheless, on September 2010, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the FF (Death due to an explosion at a gas station in September 24, 2011) that sold pseudo petroleum in Suwon-si E gas station in Seocho-gu, Suwon-si; (b) received a request from G to be responsible for managing the inventory of Toluene, Methol, and Sobs, which are the raw materials of pseudo petroleum products, at a storage place located in H in the Jeonbuk-si, Jeonbuk-si, Y, which is operated by G; and (c) received two million won a month in return.

Therefore, from September 2, 201 to September 24, 201, the Defendant kept 48,000-capacity storage tank 2 and 24,000-Quantities storage tank 1, which is the raw material of pseudo petroleum products, and delivered pseudo petroleum products manufactured therefrom to I, a tank engineer, and transported them to the above E stations, in collusion with F and I, and stored and stored petroleum products manufactured and used as pseudo petroleum products in collusion with F and I.
