Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 1522"
1. On June 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on June 17, 2017, the Defendant: (b) fell into E cafeteria operated by the victim D in Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu; and (c) the victim completed his/her business and opened a kitchen and intruded into a restaurant with a cafeteria and stolen cash of KRW 150,000,000, which was the victim’s possession.
2. On June 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 06:00, the victim G in Busan Shipping Daegu F, the Defendant: (b) went into a restaurant operated by the victim G in Busan Shipping Daegu F; (c) after completing his/her business, the victim went into the restaurant through a window that was not corrected by breaking and correcting gas pipes on the lower side of the restaurant; and (d) took a small credit cooperative with a cash of 100,000 won, which was owned by the victim and was stolen.
3. On June 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered that, at around 00:30 on June 26, 2017, the Jambur parking lot located in Busan Shipping Daegu, the Defendant did not correct the said passenger car, which was parked; (b) colored the said vehicle into the said vehicle, but did not commit an attempted theft.
