A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On August 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of Handphones, which are psychotropic drugs contained in a single-use injection machine, from C, from the Seocho-gu Incheon Police Officer, and received Handphones from C.

2. On August 2012, the Defendant provided the Defendant’s SM3 car parked on the street in front of the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with a one-time injection device containing approximately 0.03 g of philopon, respectively, to D, with a single-time injection device containing approximately 0.03 g of philopon.

3. The Defendant administered 0.03g of philophones received from the Defendant at the same place as above 2.1 on the same day as above, by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution with bio-velating them into the Defendant’s arms and injecting them into the Defendant’s arms.

4. In early October 2012, the Defendant purchased a philophone from C’s house located in Incheon Southern-gu, Incheon, and purchased and sold a philophone with approximately KRW 0.06 g of philophone, which was contained in a single-use injection machine, from women of the Republic of Korea.

5. On October 2012, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Nam-gu Incheon E-Ba A. 101, administered 0.03g of the philophones purchased as above 4.1, in a single-use injection machine, and dilution with biocom, and administered philophones in a way of injection into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

6. On April 26, 2013, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03 gramopon purchased from G through F in a one-time injection machine and dilution it into the Defendant’s arms blood cell line in front of the literature post office located in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
