A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2018, the Defendant and B, and C met with the introduction of the mid-to-mid the world, as well as illegal activities such as the delivery of gold, card, etc., and were living in a dormitory in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dental area. Around that time, the Defendant and C responded to the proposal to add 50,000 won per case of allowance to KRW 50,000 per day from the name non-registered E-F, which he/she became aware of through the Internet.

1. On October 22, 2018, the Defendant, B, and C conspired with each other to collect the cargo from the Gangnam-gu High Bus Terminal due to the distribution of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul at around 194 on October 22, 2018, and with the knowledge that it would be used for a crime under the order of a person who was not entitled to receive the above name, the boxes containing one head of the G H Bank C Card and one head of the I Bank C C Card, and the boxes containing one head of the K Bank C Card under the name of G at around 19:30 on the same day, in the above manner at around 19:30 on the same day, and in the above manner at around 21:30 on the same day, the head of the G Bank C C Card at the location of the Dong-gu, Seoul 50 on the river basin of Gwangjin-gu, Seoul at around 21:30 on the same day.

2. On October 23, 2018, the Defendant and B conspired with the Defendant to commit the crime and kept an access medium by receiving the boxes containing the N bank cze Card No. 1 and one head of P bank cash card No. 1 from Kwikset service article, while knowing that they will be used for the crime at the exit No. 2 in Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Games No. 300 on October 23, 2018.
