A Imprisonment for six months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for four months, and Defendant D shall be punished by a fine of three thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant B are people working as the door-to-door engineer of “G”.

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in other Acts, no person shall transfer, take over, or lend, store or distribute any access medium while receiving, demanding or promising to receive the above access medium, or store or distribute it, and he/she shall not knowingly borrow, lease, store or distribute any access medium with the knowledge that it will be used for a crime or for a crime.

1. Defendant A

A. On November 2016, the Defendant received the document bags containing one account in the name and one head of H in the vicinity of the 340 subway line, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and received KRW 30,00 from H around that time, the Defendant sent the document bags containing one head of H in the name and one physical card, and received KRW 30,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

B. Accordingly, the defendant delivered electronic financial access media to others in return for receiving compensation, demanding or promising compensation.

2. On January 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received from the Defendant a box containing one head of C’s physical card in the inner subway station of the Manan-si, Ansan-si, the Manan-si, the Manan-si, the Manan-si, the Manan-si, the Manan-si, and (b) received the above physical card from A on condition of receiving the payment; and (c) received it from the boxes to deliver the above

In addition, they were kept in custody by sticking to the books and attaching tapes.

Accordingly, the defendant demanded compensation and stored electronic financial access media.

3. Defendant C: (a) on January 6, 2017, at the K convalescent Hospital, which is located in the J of Masan-gu, Masan-si, Seoul on January 6, 201; and (b) one million won.
