Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a BM5 vehicle.

No person shall cover a vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, around August 26, 2018, around 17:30, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by attaching it to the number plate after the end of the car in order to avoid the crackdown on the road in which 5, Jungpo-dong, Busan, Nampo-dong 105-2, "Mol-gu, Busan" was located in 105-2.
