Criminal facts

At around 09:40 on November 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) expressed a 112 report that the Defendant avoided disturbance at a clothes shop located in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) expressed a bath to the circumstances belonging to the Masan Police Station B District of the Masan Police Station B, the Defendant called “the frans of this franch,” and assaulted C’s head and the part of this franch by sating C’s head and the part of this flab by drinking.

As a result, the defendant assaulted police officers, thereby hindering them from performing their legitimate duties on the handling of reported cases.
