Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has no fixed occupation.

On April 11, 2016, at around 16:45, the Defendant committed assault on the part of the victim C (the son and 14 years old) on the ground that the Defendant did not get out of the cover of the report, but did not turn out the report, on the ground that he did not answer the horse, at around three times at the end of the victim's left part.
