1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 3, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor indecent act under the age of 13) committed indecent acts, on November 3, 2018, on the part of the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C ( South, seven years of age), the victim D (Nam, five years of age) who was a player in front of the Busan B B B, and opened the victim C to leave the beer her face and shoulder with his/her hand; (b) opened the chest and her fingers; and (c) committed indecent acts, such as spreading the breast part of the victim D’s chest that was adjacent thereto; and (d) talking the vessel.

3.
