Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:40 on March 13, 2015, the Defendant continued to transmit the victim B’s cell phone text messages to the victim B and two children to the Gwangju Family Court and to have access to the victim’s residence located in Gwangju-dong-gu Gwangju-gu Gwangju-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu and his/her fatherD (17 years of age, female).

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with a provisional protective order.
