Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 14:00 on March 28, 2015, the Defendant participated in the “National Pension Enhancement and the Public Official Pension Magazine Resolution Committee,” organized by a public official organization, including 50 major labor union, the Korean Teachers’ Union, the Korean Teachers’ Union, the Korean Federation, and the Joint Countermeasures Committee for the Improvement of Private School Pension System, in response to the government’s pension reform.

At around 16:15 on the same day, the Defendant started driving along 16:35 without holding more than 5,00 persons who participated in the above assembly, and occupied more than four lanes in the Egynasium as seen above, and stopped by the police in front of the LG Commission building at around 16:35, the Defendant occupied the entire two-way roads from around 16:35 to around 17:10, and prevented the Defendant from passing along the fynasium by using banners, i.e., “the person who desires to observe the public official pension, i.e., the person who wants to observe the pension fynasium kynasium kynasium kynasium.”

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above participants, interfered with traffic by preventing vehicle traffic.

2. No person who violates the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration in a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly's History;

With knowledge of the fact that the Defendant was a place where assembly is prohibited, the Defendant continued an assembly prohibited from 18:40 on May 2, 2015, including 90 major labor union members, etc., and from May 10:5, 2015 to 18:40 on the same day, the Defendant participated in the annual agricultural nature, which requires B members to hold an interview before the death of the National Assembly of Korea as the doctor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and continued to hold an assembly prohibited from 18:5 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant participated in the assembly at a place where assembly is prohibited.
