The defendant is a member of the regional headquarters of the Korea Public Officials' Trade Union D.
1. On March 28, 2015, the Defendant participated in the National Pension Service and the Resolution of the Resolution of the General Force Defluence of the Public Official Pension Act, which was organized by the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Cultural Mar. 28, 2015, in the Park Culture Mar. 5, 2015.

2. Violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act;
(a) No person who participates in an outdoor assembly shall hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the office building of the National Assembly;
Nevertheless, on May 1, 2015, from around 16:07 to 17:25, the Defendant held an assembly and conducted an assembly and demonstration by using a banner, stating “a stop by all the participants in the assembly in front of the headquarters of the National Assembly of Yeongdeungpo-gu as the place where assembly is prohibited,” along with the participants in the assembly in front of the headquarters of the National Assembly of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
Accordingly, the defendant participated in an assembly held within 100 meters per the death of the National Assembly, which is an outdoor assembly prohibited place, with the knowledge of that fact.
B. The Defendant who failed to comply with the dispersion order shall have jurisdiction over holding an assembly at the National Assembly, which is the place where outdoor assembly is prohibited.
