A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported on the Jeju University Internet bulletin board that C would sell 2.5 million won (2.5 million won) of the market value of the victim; and (b) called the victim to commit fraud; (c) on February 1, 2016, the Defendant: (d) called the name of the victim before the Jeju District Court in Jeju, Jeju, a place of promise, around 14:00, 3, the five-lane, Jeju, Jeju, a place of promise; and (d) stated that “B would be punished by KRW 20 million on one month, which is an international attorney-at-law; and (d) concluded that the remainder would be brought about from the house.”

However, the defendant did not have any particular income or property, and there was no intention or ability to pay the victim the balance.

Nevertheless, the defendant was transferred from the victim, that is,, the defendant's seat.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

On February 16, 2016, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will sell Blue PCs” on a bulletin board to the victim E who had contacted with the Defendant’s home located in Jeju Island using smartphones to the “blue PCs”, which is an Internet medium-line transaction site, and that “the Defendant will first forward the money to send Blue PCs.”

However, even if the Defendant did not have a able PC and received money from the victim, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to send the PC.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, deceiving the victim and received KRW 139,00 from the victim’s agricultural bank account used by the Defendant, and transferred KRW 139,00 from the victim to the agricultural bank account. From that time to May 13, 2016, the Defendant totaled KRW 2,871,50 by the same method from ten victims, such as the list of crimes (1).
