A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[205] On January 24, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 130,00 from the victim’sO to the Agricultural Account (Account Number P) in the name of the Defendant on the same day. From that time, the Defendant received KRW 130,000 from the victims to June 29, 2017, and received KRW 9,09,500 in total from the victims over 34 times, and received KRW 9,09,50,00 from the victims on the basis of the annexed list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes No. 2, and received property from the victims on the market price, and received property from the victims on the same day.

1. At around January 29, 2017, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that, even if he/she received goods from the victim T, even if he/she did not have the intent or ability to send the goods to the victim, he/she does not have the intent to send them to the victim. However, the Defendant posted a mobile phone “sale of five cell phones per gallon jum” on the mobile phone jum jump bulletin board, and that, if he/she had contacted the Defendant, he/she would transfer money to the victim, the said goods.
