Punishment of the crime

Around September 17, 2012, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “Sgaltho PC (10.1) is sold by accessing NAVV on the bulletin board of the Galgalth Rolar,” and that “on deposit of money, you will send the goods” to the victim C who reported and contacted.

However, there was no intention or ability to send a bable PC even if the victim deposits money because the Defendant did not have a bable PC.

The Defendant received KRW 600,000,000 from the victim’s bank account in the name of the Defendant, as the price for the goods, from September 11, 2012 to May 31, 2013, in total, KRW 18,295,00 in the same way as indicated in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

around September 23, 2014, the Defendant sent a false statement to the victim that “The Defendant would purchase a travel room for 20,000 Enoba-soon-soon-soon-soon-soon-soon-soon-so-called 20,000 won-so-called 20,000 won-so-called 20,000 won-so-called “the Defendant would first transfer money to the bank on the face of the transfer.”

However, there was no intention or ability to send a bank even if the victim deposits money because the defendant did not have the above bank.

The Defendant received 20,000,000 won from the victim’s account in the name of the Defendant as well as from around that time to November 29, 2014, a total of 2,385,000 won in the same way as shown in attached Table 2.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
