On March 26, 2007, Defendant A was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as an gambling crime in the Gwangju District Court’s net support on March 26, 2007. On January 11, 2013, Defendant A was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as an gambling crime and was subject to suspension of indictment at the office of the Gwangju District Prosecutors’ Office as an gambling crime.

B on October 31, 2005, the Gwangju District Court was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for gambling crime.

C on December 3, 2009, the Gwangju District Court was issued a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a fine for gambling in the Netcheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court.

D on September 27, 1993, the Gwangju District Court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for gambling opening as a crime of gambling opening. 1. 피고인 A, B의 도박개장 피고인들은 2013. 2. 24. 21:00경부터 23:30경까지 사이에 전남 광양시 H아파트 101동 1707호 I의 집에서 화투 20매를 준비하고 J 등 약 20여명의 사람들을 불러 모아, 돈을 걸고 화투 5장을 사용하여 3장으로 10 또 는 20을 만들고 나머지 화투 2장의 끝수 합이 높은 사람이 승리하는 방식의 속칭 ‘도리짓고땡’ 도박을 하게 한 후, 위 도박판에서 돈을 딴 사람들로부터 딴 돈의 10% 상당의 속칭 ‘고리 돈’을 받는 방법으로 영리의 목적으로 도박을 하는 장소나 공간을 개설하였다.
