Punishment of the crime

Ⅰ. Defendant A, including criminal power, had a record of having been sentenced to a disposition of suspension of indictment for gambling by the office of the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office on April 23, 2012. Defendant B was sentenced to a fine of one million won for gambling at the office of the Gwangju District Court on May 9, 2011. Defendant C was sentenced to a fine of one million won for gambling at the office of the Gwangju District Court on March 4, 2008. Defendant D was sentenced to a fine of 4 million won for gambling at the office of the Gwangju District Court on March 25, 2005. Defendant D was sentenced to a fine of 5 million won for gambling at the office of the Gwangju District Court on January 25, 2005. Defendant C was sentenced to a fine of 10,000 won for the same kind of crime of fine of 10,000 won for gambling, and Defendant C was sentenced to a fine of 10,000 won for the same kind of crime of fine of 20,000.

Ⅱ. 도박관련 피고인들은 K가 주최한 속칭 ‘산짓고’ 및 ‘안방짓고’ 도박장, L가 주최한 ‘안방짓고’ 도박장에서, 화투 20장을 이용하여 패를 나눈 다음 각 패에 돈을 걸고, 화투 5장 중 3장으로 10 또는 20을 맞춘 다음 나머지 2장으로 끝수가 높은 사람이 이기는 방법으로 속칭 ‘도리짓고땡’ 도박을 한 사람들이다.
