【Criminal Facts】

1. From around 23:00 on November 1, 2013 to 02:30 on the following day, Defendant A recruited about 30 persons from the 1st floor of Qpenta in P on P on P on the following day, Defendant A: (a) recruited 30 persons, including C, D, G, H, H, R, J, L, and L, to gambling each on both sides of the said gambling ground; and (b) allowed 30 persons, including C, who found the said gambling ground, to take money of KRW 50,00 to 30,000 per one time; (c) the Defendant distributed money to the people on the lower side by collecting more money from each other; and (d) the Defendant called “dog” in the name of a warehouse in which gambling proceeds with a commission of 10% of the sales fee.
