A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 08:50 on March 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a D-to-pubed car; (b) moved the road of 1146-2 in front of the claimed apartment at the Nam-si, Nam-si; (c) on the part of the victim E driving in the front direction, the Defendant was driving in the front direction, on the ground that the victim E was not driving in the front direction; (d) the Defendant was driving in one way among the two-lanes following the victim’s vehicle immediately after the right right after the right being obstructed on the road; (c) the Defendant was driving in the middle direction to avoid the damaged vehicle, and immediately passed the damaged vehicle, and was driving in the front direction without avoiding the damaged vehicle; and (d) the Defendant was driving in the front direction.

2. The Defendant damaged a special property by taking damaged vehicles, such as the date, time, place, as described in paragraph 1, at a place specified in paragraph 1, destroyed the damaged vehicle to cover KRW 1,512,042.

3. No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. who violates road traffic Acts shall threaten or endanger any other person, or cause any danger to traffic, by consecutively committing an act of invasion on the central line or a violation of the prohibition against acute traffic, or by continuing or repeatedly committing any one act;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, does not secure the safety distance with the said Grand Forces while driving a motor vehicle at the front line, such as set forth in paragraph 1, and proceeds into the left side of the central line while driving a motor vehicle at the same one lane, and has changed to the right side again, and has followed an act of shocking a vehicle by entering the front line of the said Ireland, driving the motor vehicle at the front line, and driving the motor vehicle at the same time and at the same time and place, and has changed to the right side, thereby threatening or endangering others.
