Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On February 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle from the riverside parking lot located in the Gangseo-gu, Hongcheon-gu, Hongcheon-gu, Hongcheon-do, without a driver’s license, to the 102-dong front roads of about 5km in the same Eup’s annual salary from the riverside parking lot located in the same Eup.

(b) No driver of any motor vehicle that violates the Road Traffic Act shall threaten or endanger any other person, or cause any danger to traffic, by consecutively committing at least two of the offenses against signal signals or the medianing of the central line, or by continuing or repeatedly committing one of the offenses;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place indicated in “1-A” paragraph, committed an act of invasion on the median line five times in the course of escaping from the police officer who controlled the traffic on the road following the digging bridge located in the Ycheon-gun annual salary of the Gangseo-gu Hongcheon-gun, the Defendant, at the same time and place of “1-A” without a driver’s license, in order to avoid the occurrence of a non-licensed driving on the road. In order to avoid the occurrence of a non-licensed driving on the road, the Defendant, at the same time and at the same time as “1-A”, committed an act of violation of signal signals on two occasions, such as driving the central line on the road in front of the E hotel located in Gangwon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do, and passing another vehicle, and caused danger to traffic.

2. Defendant B

B. On February 15, 2016, the Defendant for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) is located in the Republic of Korea, Hongcheon-gu, Hongcheon-gu, Seoul, a Gangwon-do, around 15:00 on February 15, 2016 in order to assist the Defendant in driving without a license as described in “1(A)”.
