Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:50 on February 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a car in the Bcoke city in Busan-gu, Busan-gu; (b) discovered a drinking-free site on the side of the Dong office in which the roads in front of the GG apartment located in the Busan-gu, Busan-gu, are moving into four lanes in the same direction; and (c) found a drinking-free site on the four-lanes in the same direction; and (d) started from the four-lanes to the three-lanes in the same direction after temporary stopping at the same time.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly see the front side and the left side, and to accurately manipulate the steering and brakes so as to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and instead received the parts adjacent to the right-hand side of the victim C(58 S) driving, which was in normal driving at the right-hand side of the proceeding direction, from the next side of the above vehicle, in front of the left-hand side of the vehicle.

The Defendant destroyed the repair cost of KRW 910,600, such as the exchange of damaged vehicles by occupational negligence as above and escaped without taking necessary measures against accidents.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, at the same time and place as above, runs away approximately 1.3 kilometers in front of the apartment house in Jin-gu, Jin-gu after the said accident, and driving the said vehicle.

No driver of any motor vehicle shall threaten or endanger any other person, or drive any motor vehicle in danger of traffic, such as a violation of signal or instructions and a median line.

Nevertheless, driving at the above distance, in violation of the police officer's instruction on drinking driving, and passing through the speed control point, the act of rapid change of the lane, the central line wing, reverse driving, the act of driving ahead, etc. was committed, thereby threatening or endangering others and causing danger to traffic.
