A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Each Defendant, on January 2, 2017, posted a notice stating that he/she sold the said account to the PPS North despite the lack of intent or ability to sell the PP online 3 game account, and then sells the said account to the victim C who reported and contacted with him/her.

Along on 19:40 on the same day from the victim C, he/she received KRW 30,00 from the victim C to the company bank account in the name of the defendant's living together, as the sales proceeds of the account, from that time until February 5, 2017.

2. The Defendant: (a) each night thief; (b) attempted thief; (c) each special thief; (d) each special thief; and (c) each special thief, around 01:0 on March 2, 2017, the Defendant entered the said church into the G church managed by the victim F, which was not corrected at that church; (d) KRW 90,00 in cash, owned by the victim F, and two copies of cultural gift certificates (e.g., KRW 5,00 in each stief), and entered the victim’s property at the time of the accident into the victim’s night; (d) KRW 3 times in total and KRW 2,00 in each 2,00,000; (e) KRW 3,00 in each 2,00,000,000 in total and KRW 13,000,000 in each 2,00,000,000.
