A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 9, 2008, the defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor due to a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims thereof in the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the first intersection of North Korea North Korea on November 9, 2012, and on May 12, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to special larceny, etc. in the same court and is still pending in the appellate trial.

1. On August 2015, the Defendant: (a) was a victim D, operated by the victim D in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul on the first day of August 2015; (b) destroyed the lock locker of the back crime prevention window by an influence; and (c) invaded into the locker; and (d) stolen the cash owned by the victim.

In addition, from March 28, 2015 to January 02:42, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a part of a structure and intruded on four occasions at night, such as the part of the structure at night, and (b) did not commit an attempted theft by destroying a part of the structure at night and impairing it over five times; and (c) did not commit an attempted theft.

2. From May 9, 2015 to May 9, 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings, and to larceny at night structures, the Defendant opened a back door and intruded into an I cafeteria operated by the Victim H of G market A-23, which is located in Suwon C-23, from the night to the new wall of the next day, and used a cash of 2.50,000 won owned by the victim and stolen it.

In addition, between the above day and January 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) invaded on a structure at night over six occasions, such as the daily list of crimes (2) in the annexed sheet of crimes; (b) stolen the property; and (c) did not intend to steal the property by destroying the structure at night on two occasions; and (d) did not commit an attempted crime.
