Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on October 15, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 23, 2014. On January 30, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Promotion of the Game Industry and completed the execution of the sentence on June 21, 2015. Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Promotion of the Game Industry on April 8, 2015 and sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Punishment, etc. by a court on April 8, 2015 and on April 14, 2015.
[2015 Highest 528 (Defendant A)] The Defendant has been sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daejeon District Court on September 9, 2011; and on October 15, 2014, at the same court on October 15, 2014, ten months of imprisonment.
1. On December 5, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license on the violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license). On December 22 and 34, 2014, the Defendant driven an FMW520 car from approximately 50 meters at a section of about 500 meters to the front day of the Hanyang Building located in the Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon to the commercial cafeteria-dong, with a level of alcohol content of 0.137%.

On December 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on December 22 and 34, 2014, at the front of the Hanyang-dong Building, the Defendant: (b) presented a demand for presentation of a driver’s license from G in the position of the Daejeon Western Police Station that controlled drinking while driving a motor vehicle; (c) presented the driver’s license of H, which was in possession, as the Defendant’s driver’s license.
