A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (or a violation of the Road Traffic Act), on November 3, 2014, a summary order of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (or without a license) at the Daejeon District Court on December 29, 201, and a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (or a violation of the Drinking Traffic Act) at the Daejeon District Court on December 29, 2014. On September 20, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (or a violation of the Drinking Traffic Act) at the Seocheon Branch Branch Branch of the Daejeon District Court on September 28, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 28, 2019.

On November 9, 2019, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle at approximately 1 km section from the roads near Asan-si B apartment to the roads near Asan-si in Asan-si, Asan-si, under the influence of alcohol by 0.321%, without obtaining a driver’s license to drive a motorcycle at around 19:02.

As a result, the Defendant driven a motorcycle without obtaining a driver's license to drive a motorcycle, and at the same time violated the drinking prohibition regulations not less than twice.
