A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the C District Parking Lot located in Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu; (b) around 01:20 on July 12, 2018, the Defendant: (c) reported from E to the injured party that the Defendant’s agent who driven the Defendant’s franchise vehicle would not properly speak the Defendant’s destination under the influence of alcohol; and (d) need not make every speech where he belongs to the said District Party;

D. In the event that a substitute engineer D, without any reason, holds a string door of the vehicle to hear the words “I am home immediately and you am home,” whether the victim interferes with the gambling of the vehicle;
