Defendant A, around February 4, 2013, at the Defendant’s house located in D 2013, offered ID and passwords to the above gambling game site from the operator of the “E” online gambling game site, and transferred KRW 1,00,000 to the national bank account in the name of F Co., Ltd. which the above site operator sent in the Defendant’s mobile phone text, and received 1,00,000 won from the Defendant’s 2 card “banks and flass” column, and distributed 2 card numbers to the Defendant’s 0-day online gambling games near “9” from the Defendant’s 20-day online gambling, and the Defendant received 3-day online gambling games from the Defendant’s 0-day online gambling company from around October 17, 2013, and received 1,408,300,0000 won from the Defendant’s online gambling company from around 1, 2013.
