1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff B is a company whose purpose is to sell communications equipment and devices, and its representative director is Nonparty D or the actual representative is Plaintiff A.
Defendant Company is a company with the purpose of selling communication equipment and appliances as Plaintiff B, and its representative director is Nonparty E or in substance, Plaintiff A has been operating such equipment and appliances.
B. The Defendant Company did not have any particular business fund at the time of establishment. The Plaintiffs raised funds from the Defendant Company while jointly managing and operating the Plaintiff Company’s partial accounts and funds.
Money transferred from the Plaintiffs’ account to the Defendant Company’s account is as listed below:
