Punishment of the crime

A On November 2, 2015, on the 10th of the same month, the Suwon District Court sentenced 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. and 1 year of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive.

Defendant

A on May 31, 2018, at the Suwon District Court, one year and four months of imprisonment and ten months of imprisonment for fraud, etc., and Defendant B was sentenced respectively to imprisonment and one year and eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the above court on the same day, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on July 31, 2018.

1. Defendant A is a licensed real estate agent operating the “D Office” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and Defendant B is the husband of Defendant A, and Party B is in a private relationship with Defendant B.

The Defendants, even though they did not have been entrusted with the authority to conclude a charter contract with respect to real estate, such as the Suwon-gu Ftel G and the Young-gu H apartment I in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendants conspired to conclude a charter contract with the said licensed real estate agent office by forging the charter contract, power of attorney, etc., and to receive money from them in the name of the charter deposit, while engaging in the act as if they were entrusted with the authority to conclude a charter contract by forging the charter contract, power of attorney, etc.

On May 24, 2013, Defendant A forged Private Document according to the aforementioned public offering, at the office of the said licensed real estate agent, prepared and printed out “Real Estate: the location of real estate” in the form of “office charter charter contract” using a computer, “Real Estate (F. building G in Suwon-gu, Gyeonggi-do), “B million won”, “Lease address: Gyeongnam-do, J: Resident Registration Number: K: : Leaseer: E, “E”, and “M: 24 May 2013, 2013,” and sealed E’s seal attached to the name of E.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with each other for the purpose of exercising their rights and duties, including forging a copy of an officetel charter contract in the name of E, which is a private document, from that time until April 24, 2014.
