A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children’s Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (e.g., a deceptive scheme), committed a sexual intercourse with the victim C (the family name, the 13-year old age), followed the victim’s friendship, and raised his/her children under the pressure, with the intent of having the victim resist his/her family by making his/her report so that the victim could not easily oppose the Defendant, thereby failing to talk about the crime outside, and by force on five occasions as follows.
A.
