A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle B low-speed

On February 4, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol with 0.150% of blood alcohol concentration, and led the Defendant to proceed with the road front of 1177-4, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to the direction of the tax office on the site of the terminal.

At the time, it is difficult to secure the view at night, and there is a vehicle parked in front of the defendant, and thus there was a duty of care to reduce the speed and prevent the accident in advance by thoroughly driving the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceed without properly examining the front section of the said car, and the part of the front part of the said car, which was driven by the victim C(the age of 46) who is going at the front section of the Defendant, was driven by the victim C(the age of 46).

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E (the 55 years old), the victim F (the 30 years old), and the victim G (the 25 years old), respectively, due to the above occupational negligence in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, due to the above occupational negligence.

2. Around 02:00 on February 4, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at a rate of 0.150%, driven a B low-speed car at a level of about 5km from the front of the road where it is impossible to find out whether it is located in the intersection of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City in the state of alcohol concentration of 0.150%, to the roads front of the 1177-4, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
