A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving motor vehicles B i30;

2. On January 17, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at around 17:00, the section of about 10km from the front of the apartment site of the "Korean Iblue in the Namdong-gu Incheon Namdong-gu, Incheon to the front road of the "Sablueg apartment" in the Nam-gu 24, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, and around 06:00 of the same month, from the front of the above "Sagrog apartment" road of the above "Sagrog apartment" to the front of the above "Sablue apartment".
