1. Defendant C and the Korean Licensed Real Estate Agent Association shall each of the plaintiffs A with KRW 15,074,310, Defendant D and the Korean Licensed Real Estate Agent Association.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On March 9, 2013, Plaintiff A is the lessee of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Multi-Family (hereinafter “the instant multi-family house”) No. 506 (hereinafter “the instant multi-family house”). Plaintiff B is the lessee of the instant multi-family house 204; Defendant C is the office of licensed real estate agents in Gwanak-gu, Seoul; Defendant D is the licensed real estate agents operating the J Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) is the mutual aid agreement between Defendant C, a licensed real estate agent on February 1, 2013 to January 31, 2014; the mutual aid agreement between Defendant C, a licensed real estate agent, to guarantee the mutual aid period from February 1, 2013 to January 1, 2014; and the mutual aid agreement between Defendant D and 14.100 million won to December 14, 2015 (hereinafter “the mutual aid agreement”).

B. 1) Prior to the Plaintiffs’ respective lease agreement, regarding the instant multi-family house, the Seoul Southern District Court: (a) filed a lease agreement with the Seoul Southern District Court on April 10, 2008; (b) No. 28990, the maximum debt amount of KRW 910,00,000; (c) the debtor, E, and the New Bank Co., Ltd., Ltd., for the establishment of a mortgage; (d) on the other hand, before the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with respect to the instant multi-family house, 27 lessees entered into a lease agreement with respect to each unit of the instant multi-family house; (b) 40 lessees (including the above 27 lessees) regarding each unit of the instant multi-family house before the Plaintiff entered into the lease agreement with respect to the instant 204; (c) however, the details of the said lessee’s deposit amount, the date of transfer, the fixed date of confirmation, etc. are as stated in the attached Table.

C. On March 9, 2013, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement from Defendant C, under the brokerage of Defendant C.
