1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 51,00,000 per annum for each Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from October 17, 2016 to November 3, 2017; and (c)
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The pertinent Plaintiff of the parties is the lessee who leased the subparagraph F of the apartment house in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant multi-household house”) from D, and the Defendant B is a licensed real estate agent operating the “H Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in G, and the Defendant C Association (hereinafter “Defendant C Association”) entered into a mutual aid agreement (hereinafter “mutual aid agreement”) with Defendant B, a licensed real estate agent, on December 16, 2010 to December 15, 201, specifying the period of mutual aid as KRW 10 million and guaranteeing liability for damages arising from Defendant B’s brokerage (hereinafter “mutual aid agreement”).
B. 1) On August 27, 2010, the Seoul Central District Court: (a) received on August 27, 2010 from the registry office of the Seoul Central District Court on the multi-family housing of this case; (b) registered the establishment of a new mortgage for the multi-family housing of this case as the maximum debt amount of KRW 741,00,000,000; (c) the debtor D and the mortgagee Co., Ltd.; (d) on the other hand, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement for each of the multi-family housing of this case before entering into the lease agreement with respect to the instant multi-family housing of this case; (b) the seven fixed-date tenants (six of the two shall be the small-sum tenants) entered into the lease agreement, and the details of the deposit amount,
C. On July 23, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with D for the lease deposit of KRW 85,000,000 and the lease term from September 28, 201 to September 27, 2013 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
(2) The instant lease agreement states that “the subject matter of the special agreement” is “a confirmation and explanation of the copy of the register,” and the ownership column of the description of confirmation of the object of brokerage is “owner: D” and “land in the area of rights other than ownership”.
