Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A served as the 9th and 10th president of the Korea Saemaul Bank in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and was elected as a candidate for the 12th election of the 12th president of the Korea Saemaul Bank, which was implemented on February 3, 2016, and Defendant B, C, and D are members of the Korea Saemaul Bank.

No one shall provide, express an intention to provide, or promise to provide money, valuables, entertainment, other property benefits, or a public or private job to any member or his/her family member, with an intention to have him/herself or a specific person elected as an executive of a credit cooperative or not to be elected, and shall not receive money, valuables, entertainment, or other property benefits or accept an intention to provide such benefits.

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On January 7, 2016, the Defendant provided money and valuables and entertainment to the members of the K Saemaul Bank B (1) around 300,000 won in cash upon request from the Defendant’s driver’s license near Mart L in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the above B to the effect that “the request to support the election of the chief director of the KFF to leave this time” was made.

(2) On January 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at a arche restaurant in which it is impossible to find out the trade name in the king-si, Sinsi-si on January 7, 2016; (b) No. 1;

A. (1) The above purport is as follows: (a) upon requesting support from the election of the president of the Saemaul Bank, and (b) food equivalent to KRW 27,000 of the market price, such as making soup and making soup.

(3) On January 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at an O restaurant located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City N around 11:00; and (b) at the above B and P, a member of the Saemaul Treasury; (c) 1;

A. (1) For the same purpose, upon requesting support from the election of the president of the Saemaul Undong Cooperative, food equivalent to KRW 56,000 at the market price, such as galbing and air balbing.

(4) On January 26, 2016, the Defendant offered Nos. 1-2 to R cafeteria, B and P, located in Q, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon around 18:00

A. (1) For the same purpose, three (3) members of the Saemaul Bank’s meeting upon the request of support by the election of the president of the Saemaul Bank.
