When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, around 14:47 September 8, 2019, the Defendant, using tape in Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, made it difficult to identify a registration license plate by attaching a receipt to the registration license plate, if the registration license plate is followed by the tape.
